The only thing that keeps this property from getting a 5 star is their so called offer for breakfast. It is not worth the price. They offered subtandered poor quality food. They served the same food every day. They served boiled eggs, beans, upside down eggs, sausages and potatoes, bread and cheeses. The food was stale and not appetizing. For drinks tea, lemonade, and cranberry juice. When I asked them if they could make me an omelette with tomato and onions I was told that I had to pay. The service was poor also. I only ate 3 days out of 16 days. I spoke with the manager and was denied a refund. I was told the restaurant wasn't owned by them and couldn't give me a refund and would not reach back to expedia who had been trying to reach out to them for a refund. Obviously they just wanted to keep the money. DON'T GET BREAKFAST PACKAGE!!!!

Check in was not very good with the lady unfortunately, they will only take cash for deposit which they should take by card Walking to the cash machine was far and quite silly , it’s a shame as it spoilt the entrance

I like the room , clean، yesterday night friday 24 th nov my wife called reception asking for tea bag he sout and said go and buy from grocery. All attractions are far a way taxi cost you TL. 400 .

I would say that it was very very clean. The housekeeping Kerem, Arzu and Ayse were always there to help if the smallest thing was needed. They did a good job. I would recommend this place.

The property is very clean with a very helpful and professional management group. I asked them to see other options than what I have initially reserved and after I liked a bigger room They made it easy to transition and they even found a room with a huge balcony facing the yard. I will go back for SURE, on my next trip to Istanbul.

Not flexible for comunication.i had to cahange check in dates because my son passport is expiring in 3months and i was not allowed to enter Turkey.So we are awaiting for pasport.my money are lost .I didn't wanted money refund but just changing dates in one week.
