I'll start with good points. The hotel/room was very clean. The hotel was quiet and there are several cheap restaurants within walking distance of hotel. bad points: Don't look at the pictures. The room is nothing like what's shown in picture, very basic and very small. Don't waste money on breakfast. The breakfast is a small platter of different cheese, butter, honey, jam, one boiled egg and plenty of not so fresh pieces of baguette. Food is always the same and not fresh at all. You can probably find cheaper and better food outside the hotel. Overall just average

Heat wasnt working in January for 4 hrs at night!!front desk is not much of help!!they might or might not answer the phone even though they are there ,phone in the room wasnt working and had broken screen,tv has 5 channels u know and another 500 channels u never heard of !!

The room reserved was stayed by some other guests that evening. Fortunately we have priorly visited the room before our friend and her family arrived. Then thankfully they went ahead and changed the room before guests’ arrival

I’ve stayed in other cityloft hotels too and I would say this one is the smallest. Their rooms were really small and there was barely any lobby at all. There isn’t much of a price difference between this and other cityloft hotels so I recommend staying at cityloft 161 rather than this one. I wouldn’t exactly call this hotel a steal.

Diğer cityloftlarda konaklamıştım fakat burası benim için hayal kırıklığı oldu, eşyalar kırık ve oda yeterince temiz değildi, çalışanlara bunu aktarmama rağmen pek bir rahatsızlık hissettiklerini göremedim.

Bu otelde her zaman konaklıyoruz, bu sefer farklı bir odayı denedik junior süit oda yerine düz süit odayı denedik. Kliması çalışıyordu fakat lavabo ve mutfak odayla birleşik olmadığı için buz gibiydi. Tuvalet kağıdı yenilenmemişti. Küvet pisti. Dolap kapıları, çöp ve koltuk kırıktı. Bir sonraki tercihim yine junior süitten yana olacak çünkü daha iyiydi düz süitten.

Otele akşam giriş yaptık ve girişi yeni yapıyor olmamıza rağmen bize siz giriş yapmış gözüküyorsunuz dediler. Oda da komodin de dahil bir çok yer hasarlıydı (kırıktı), ve etrafta vida çivi gibi şeyler vardı.
