First time in Turkey
Went on a week long family trip the hotel was spacious comfortable and the front desk was always their for help with translation, book a taxi and advice on where to go would highly recommend the ESP due to their friendly manner polite atmosphere my 6 year (F) and 1 year old (M) slept well every night without any issue nothing went missing from the room The manager and front desk staff and always their to help we will be going back in December

Overall we had a great stay. We were there for two weeks. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the room is cleaned every day. Now, coming early to the room and waking everyone up, especially when you’re from a different time zone is probably my only complaint! However, there were days it was later in the afternoon. For the price we paid for 2 weeks, I was really impressed!

Great staff. Hotel needs serious renovation though
The staff was great. The hotel just isn't ready for visitors. So many things broken or not working in every room (I stayed in 3 during my time there), simple things like showers don't drain, terrible smell where the floors are rotting under them because they don't drain and toilets not flushing, every room with half of the light bulbs not working, WiFi too weak for work unless you're in the room sitting right on top of the router. It needs some serious downtime and renovation. But the staff is very great and they try to make your stay enjoyable. I'm just not sure if they really understand what a hotel is supposed to be. Their management seems to get by with as little amenities or renovation as possible, and if they are penny pinching too much to even change light bulbs, then I think you know what kind of stay you can expect here. Decent hotel for the price, just don't pay too much. It's not worth it. Pictures on the site are way more than what you're going to get in real life. But the staff is great, and they tried their best. I appreciate them very much. The location is 2 blocks from a Metro stop though, which is extremely helpful. So that's a big plus compared to many others in a similar price range. Most of those are out in Narnia somewhere. So this isn't bad, just...not great. And needs a lot of construction work. A LOT.

Good value for family stay
We stayed at EPS as a family with two kids. The room was spacious enough, and the kids slept in the living room part. The kitchen was a nice addition as we could prepare some food for the baby and clean his nursing bottle. We even used the washing machine and dryer for our clothes. The room was clean and new. Cleaning was done regularly and the staff was helpful. My wife complained about the bed, a harder bed would be more welcome. There was not much to see around the hotel. But it is very close to public transportation (metro) and highway, so we can say it is at a good location. Parking lot was a very helpful feature in Istanbul conditions. There was wi-fi but it was a bit slow. I guess it is to be expected. Overall, we had a good room at a good location with a good price.

New apartment
4 of us stayed at EPS suite in September 2018 for one week, it is located in a very nice area, metro is only 2 minutes walk and also you can catch bus number E10 from sabiha gutchen(SAW) airport directly to maltepe stop which is 5 minutes walk to EPS suite. In general everything was perfect, the EPS staff are very friendly and helpful, room and bed were nice and comfortable, good kitchen and the price is so reasonable. There are 2 Migros food store near by and another store 3 minutes walking from EPS and many restaurants near the suite and a-few more shops. If I go back to Istanbul again I will go to EPS suite. Wish you all the bests from London.

The hotel is located right near a metro station (Maltepe, red line in eastern Istanbul). The Apartment and the building are clean and well equipped. We were a family of four (two adults and two teenagers), we stayed in one bedroom apartment, the Apartment size was adequate, a bit bigger would have been perfect. The room and furnitures are in good conditions. The kitchenette is well equipped, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop, electric oven, large size fridge, iron, utensils (no microwave thought), all equipments were working and in good condition. The climate control was good and it was strong enough to cool the whole Apartment space, the bldg has two large elavators and the gym was also a plus. The hotel is far from the city center and from taksim square (one hour metro ride). However, we had no problem as the metro station was 100 meter away. The metro closes at midnight, but we had no problem staying at taksim square late, you can take the yellow minibus from taksim square (available at anytime 24 hour) to “Bostanji” and then from bostanji a short taxi ride (20TL~4$US) to the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The price/quality is good. The main disadvantage is the WiFi, it is almost unoperational, they need to fix it, increase the bandwidth, as it is now, I can fairly say that the internet is not working. You can always buy a prepaid SIM card to connect on it as hotspot, reasonable ~10 GB would cost about 120TL~ 20$US. We had a good stay at EPS.

Новый апарт-отель со всем необходимым для проживания. Отличная мебель и новая бытовая техника. Есть отопление, теплый пол в сан. узле, что очень важно для холодного сезона. Место совершенно не туристическое, но транспортная доступность очень хорошая - отель находится рядом с метро и автобусными остановками. Недалеко супермаркеты и местные кафе. Из минусов: 1. Уборки поверхностная, было очень грязно и пыльно в углах, под столами, кроватями. Валялись использованные салфетки. 2. В угловом номере очень плохо работал WiFi. 3. Шумно и пыльно. Напротив отеля стройка и заправка с круглосуточной автомойкой.

Es war extrem schmutz schiemlig es riecht extremst auf schiemel die Fenster sind jahrelang nicht sauber gemacht worden das Personal unprofesionel wir haben nur eine Nacht ausgehalten den es sieht auf dem Foto ganz andere Bilder so sieht es vor Ort gar nicht aus!!!! Das Geld haben wir nicht zurückbekommen!!!!! Finger weg von deinem Hotel!!!!!! Wir waren 2 Familien wir waren sehr schockiert vor Ort!!!! Nie wieder!!!!

Die U-Bahn ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt, dadurch ist man schnell in anderen Standorten wie Eminönü oder andere Lokationen. Die Zimmer sind relativ Gross aber die Reinigung ist sehr zu wünschen. In unserem Bad war der Wasserhahn sehr locker, hatte diese reklamiert aber nicht behoben. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Küche mit Waschmachine, wir haben die WM nicht benutzt da diese wahrscheinlich seit geraumer Zeit nicht gereinigt wurde, die Küche war auch nicht sauber. Im Hitel gibt es zwar ein Fitnessraum aber dort stehen nur Laufgeräte und paar Gerate für Beintraining. Eine Kraftstation gibt es nicht, war sehr enttäuscht....Wir haben dort nur Übernachtet. Zum Essen würde ich den nahegelegegen Restaurant "....Kebab..." empfehlen. Dort gibt es Frühstück "Serpme" für 250 Türkische Lira pro Person und diverse andere

Das Hotel ist zwar nicht alt, jedoch wird nicht das beste rausgeholt. Wenig Personal, so dass man nicht wirklich Sauberkeit erwarten kann. Hier versucht man mit wenig Aufwand viel Geld zu erwirtschaften. Das geht auf lange Zeit nicht gut. Da kann das Personal nichts dafür. Es gibt kein Frühstücksangebot, nicht mal gegen Aufpreis. Für den Start in den Tag ein muss in Istanbul (zumindest ein Kaffee)… Einzig gute ist die nahegelegene Metro Haltestelle (Eingang 1 & 4 am praktischsten), mit der man in 20 min am Hafen von Kadiköy ist und von dort aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit einem Anschluss Transportmittel zu erreichen ist. Der Flughafen SAW ist in 35min mit der Metro von der Haltestelle „Maltepe“ aus direkt ohne umsteigen zu erreichen. An die Betreiber: Bitte stellt noch 2 weitere Putzkräfte ein und bietet zumindest ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet mit Tee und Kaffee an. Dann werdet ihr langfristig profitieren. Die Badezimmer nochmal zu optimieren (Silikon und größere Duschkabinen) nicht vergessen!!! Ihr seid nicht die günstigsten und sogar günstigere Hotels die zentraler liegen bieten besseren Service an. Ist ein gut gemeinter Rat. Aber im großen und ganzen ist es zufriedenstellend.

Erster Eindruck geht..aber... Die Unterkunft ist dreckig nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Es waren viele Haare hier und da. Das Bad war nicht gereinigt es waren sogar noch eine leere schampoo Fläschchen an der duschbrause.. Die billige duschbrause total verkalkt hat überall hingestrahlt und Duschteller war gar nicht dran. Das Bett war durch.. Frühstuck gab es keins, auch nicht gegen Aufpreis. Eine Bar gab es auch nicht. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Küche.. Die war ok, aber untensilien keine. Ein grosser Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine mit trockner, Backofen und Gasherd. Ich muss sagen man kann ein nicht mal 10 Jahre altes hotel anscheinend sehr schnell herunter wirtschaften.

Appart hôtel décevant qualité du service médiocre!
Notre séjour a été décevant, notre arrivée a été plutôt bonne, mais le service de nettoyage était médiocre, la literie ne nous a pas été changé durant une semaine entière. Un cafard nous a rendu visite dans la salle de bain dans la douche. Pour le service de ménage au delà de 16h elles étaient déjà parti donc si jamais nous rencontrions un problème il n’était pas possible de le régler. Le ménage n’était pas correctement effectué il nous manquait parfois le tapis de bain ou bien la serviette pour les mains, que nous devions réclamer pour les obtenir et le sol de la chambre n’était pas aspiré la poussière sous le lit et les petit amas de poussière dans les coins s’accumulaient à vu d’œil. Le service était déplorable malheureusement nous avons était très déçu mon mari et moi même. Le seul point positif c’est le nombre de restaurants autour et les commerce à proximité qui sont nombreux mais également les centre commerciaux à proximité en taxi à 5 min tel que le piazza et le Maltepe park mall. Le responsable était sympa celui qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée mais le reste du personnel non accueillant et pas souriant du tout, ça t’irait la gueule, on avait l’impression de les déranger en leur demandant certaines infos pourtant nous étions très discrets, aimable, tâchant de les solliciter le moins possible les seules fois étant pour les serviettes manquantes. Nous étions content d’arriver sur la fin de notre séjour ce qui est regrettable ça nous a plombé le moral !!

Die Lüftungsanlage sollte durchschaut werden. Es kamen Gerüche von Gerichten durch den Lüftungsschacht im Bad! Ansonsten war das Personal super nett und konnte unsere Anregungen bestmöglich umsetzen. Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.
