We stayed for one week with my family. This hotel met all our expectations on location, cleanliness, and services. Tram station as well as entrance to grand bazar was a block away. As other reviews, breakfast was not traditional western but typical Turkish. We had no issues, but kids had difficulty choosing other then cereals. Rooms were comfortable and staff very courteous and well mannered. On hind side, our suggestion is to always be watchful that bargaining is key at every place, and not to fall for pressure sale. We had booked a larger room for 4 people and when we reached our room was not available and we ended up in two rooms. We were told our room has electrical problems. Interestingly when my cousin came he was offered the same, he took a stand and got his room with no electrical issues. He had to argue and bargain. Additionally return cab to airport was booked through hotel. Rates vary on same service. My cousin got it for 60 TL a day before our departure while we were offered the same type of van for $50 instead and the hotel reception wouldn't budge and told us to go yellow cab ourself or take their van. We ended up with Van to not put a dent in our one week excellent stay. So be careful. Bargaining is everywhere, even in your hotel.
