Petit déjeuner pas riche, ménage un peu bâclé au second et 3ème jour du séjour, équipe du check out pas très courtoise (nous avons dû transporter les bagages seul au moment du départ, le concierge nous a clairement dit que nous étions 2 donc on pouvait prendre les bagages sans soucis 🙄🙄 alors qu'il y en avait 5...) Sinon dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est bien situé (magasins autour donc idéal pour les commerçants et touristes, sûr et pas très bruyant. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y séjourne.

The staff were rude, they don’t speak English and they don’t try to understand and help you. The shower was not working we asked them to fix it each day but we left and they didn’t, also the don’t clean the rooms they just fix the bed everyday we stayed for 7 days they never changed the bed sheets.

Отель неплохой,расположен удачно,рядом магазины,исторические достопримечательности. Номера нормальные,убирают чисто.Но если Вы хотите пользоваться интернетом,то лучше подберите для себя другой отель,вай-фай не работает.В холле в жару выключает кондиционеры,люди вынуждены обмахиваться подручными предметами,обливаясь потом!Всякая экономия имеет предел!

Rude staff, bad service, very average for the $$$

Staff were rude and looked at me like I was a criminal when checking in. Reception were reluctant to give me a second wifi code for my iPad which I thought was pretty stingy. Wifi didn't reach room so had to sit in hall on my iPad.
