“Very nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Bring a translator app if you do not speak Spanish. Currently they do not exchange US$ for pesos, pay with card for best exchange rate. They will set rate at 14pesos/$ when paying cash with us$. 3 great pools. We had 3 nights in upgraded restaurants with our package. Tips are appreciated. Buffet was just that- decent offer of like food. Hamburger/pizza/salad at lower pool cafe when open. Entertainment shows are at the azul property next door (10 min……

“What stood out the most for us was the staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Our luggage was delayed and from that moment on we felt they were looking out for us. The food was good ( there needs to be a way to keep the birds away from the food at the lunch buffet ) The staff at the two specialty restaurants were excellent as well. It was sad how some guests abused the Brisas club amenities though.”

“We stayed there for 2 weeks. The rooms are bacis, but they are very clean. The house keepers Bonfilia & Leidy did a great job keeping our room super clean. The views are fantastic. The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.……
