Very nice hotel to stay but poorly managed. Staff was very nice but I would expect better for the kind of money they're charging. Other than that it was a fine place to stay.

One of the best in the town
I've stayed in this hotel many times and always enjoyed it. Receptionists are friendly. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast buffet is huge. I wish I could have enough time for the pool/spa.

3 days during Covid.
Stayed for three nights on business trip. Room was very comfortable. I could only eat in the bar/restaurant due to covid restrictions but good selection and good quality. All staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

A bit out of town.
Stayed for three nights on business trip. Could'nt fault the hotel in any way. Ate in the restaurant and it was good on all occasions. Some facilities not available due to Covid restrictions. Not a lot in immediate area but TL30 taxi ride to centre. Reception can arrange Covid testing. Would recommend and will stay again.

A nights stay close to airport to arrive on time.
I finished my tour of Turkey. I made reservations here because it is close to the airport for my flight back to America. When I arrived, the staff was very serious with very little exspression or personality. This was a big contrast to the Ramada in Izmit. The staff was helpful at getting me to my room. The room was beautiful and very clean. ( I am very very picky) the bed was better here not too firm. Non smoking room that had no odor or stains. Couldn't have been more happy with the room. I actually liked the firmness of the pillow. Okay tell the truth and the devil can never shame you...I took the pillow with me. ( they can put it on my tab.) I could easily stay a week at this hotel. The air traffic noise was not as bad as I thought it would be. They clearly invested in decent insulated windows. Again, the only thing I feel needed improvement was at the reception check in. Not that they were rude but, smile and make m feel good about my choice to stay there. YES! I will stay there again.

Nice hotel, but could do better for the price
Overall the hotel is clean and well serviced, and good for a short business visit to this area. A couple of things let down the overall experience. The room I stayed in was noisy due to a large generator in the block behind the hotel. It seemed to operate from early in the morning, which was not a big deal for me because I was leaving early anyway but still annoying. My room lost power a few times during the stay, so you can't rely on the alarm clock in the room, and the outages also turn off the air conditioning system. While the breakfast buffet has a great selection, they only manned the omelette station one morning out of four. This didn't seem to be for lack of staff, and the egg mix and other ingredients were prepared, so just seemed like they couldn't be bothered to provide the service. Other hotel patrons were also waiting expectantly at the egg station, and also gave up looking for staff to assist.

Very Comfortable stay
Stayed for one night stop over before Istanbul. I was very impressed with the hotel facilities and friendliness and sincere staff. I had time to experience the amazing pool and jacuzzi area. My room had all amenities and was comfortable for what I needed I arrived late for breakfast but had the most delicious room service breakfast I have ever had. The hotel Was close to many restaurants and had a vibrant atmosphere in the evenings. Breakfast buffet the next morning was vast and delicious. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations. Especially the FO staff who helped me find a mall and arranged a taxi for me and the barista who gave me a sample of the delicious biscuits on show just to try. Great value for money. Thank you.

We are sad that despite all the happy guests who have departed our hotel, this is the first review which we have recieved. Your reservation made and paid for one person. If you want to check in with a friend of yours, it is very normal to pay for the second person. This is not only our hotel policy, this is a common booking policy all around the world. If you want a proof you don't need to see our hotel policy. If you login to expedia.com, you'll be able to see that we have two rates for single and double accomodations. During the check in process, you need to give your id's. Not giving an id is illegal in Turkey. We couldn't accept your request about not giving your id and this doesn't make us rude. Fantastic and friendly staff
The reception staff and guest relations staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I was on business and my wife was with me. The guest relations girl went out of her way to help my wife find her way around and make her feel at home while I was working. One negative comment concerned room ..... Don't get room in front of hotel above North Shield bar. Constant thump thump of music until 1 am. Other than this I would thoroughly recommend if visiting Izmit.
