The 1st room they put us in was dirty an smoked out holes all in covers then he move to another room an say DONT mess it up. CAME WOKE ME UP AT 850 talkin bout housekeeping AN NOT THEY COUNT THE TOWELS OMG THE WORSE AN WOULDNT REFUND ME .

Hospitality/friendliness is a -0-: manager displayed no grasp of friendliness or guest-service. "Breakfast" is a granola bar! Rooms are "clean," but attention to detail is crappy: smoke detector for my room was in a credenza drawer and had no battery, my shower curtain was badly worn & cracked, moldy coffee had been left in the pot in my sister's room. I will NOT stay there again.

With the air conditioning set on 70° the room still was musty and very humid. The sheets felt clammy, the whole room felt clammy.

Close as I could get to Grandchildren for Christma
I used to be road warrior so I might be a little picky. Issues I saw: No "Do Not Disturb" for door, No shampoo till I talked to cart and got it.Toilet needed servicing, and mounted correctly. Bathroom needs good cleaning. No Sanitary sleeve for Ice bucket. No clock alarm in room.

A mad customer these people are crooks
First of all they walked in our room at 830 am with barly a 2 second knock then lied on us and took 150 dollars extra off my debit card because we had trash we took out ourselves with stuff it from my car we cleaned our own room it was spotless they tried to keep my phone charger denying it was there at first just horrable no breakfast or coffee when I woke up

Wrong, as we discussed you were charged because you smoked in a non-smoking room and we have proof of that, video and pictures. You had no problems or complaints until you saw that $150 charge for smoking. Next time wherever you go book a smoking room.

My stay was good the only problem was when I got there it was a problem with me checking in. The gentleman at the front desk tried to say that the card I used to pay for the room was not the right card,until I pulled it up online showing that was the card used. He tried to make me pay again.

The staff were rude and arrogant liars. They take the position the the guest is in desperate need of their facilities, and therefore deserves no kindness or service. The guest should just be grateful that the hotel will allow anyone to stay there. I wanted a non-smoking room and told them such when I checked in, but they wouldn't allow a change. When I arrived in the room it reeked of smoke. In the short time I was there I began to have an allergic reaction, so I called Orbitz to change (since the hotel claimed they could not change my room due to it being an online booking. After being on the phone with Orbitz for an hour trying to change, Orbitz finally contacted the hotel and the hotel lied and said I accepted the room without complaint and that they did not have anymore rooms available. The facility has around 50 rooms and there were only 8 cars in the parking lot. The hotel just did not want to accommodate my request and then lied to Orbitz about it. Avoid this place like the plague. The staff is racist too! When I complained they said said they would call the police simply because I was adamantly demanding that my position be heard rather than the hotel making up lies to Orbitz in an attempt to deflect blame to the customer and avoid responsibility for themselves. Horrible business practices! When I was leaving the "owner" approached me with a weapon in his hand and menaced me even though I was just standing there with a cell phone trying to cancel and get a refund.

When I walked into the office, it STUNK. Uncourteous attendant. Room stunk but not as bad as the office. Lights were poor. Only 1 bulb where there should have been 2. Beds were fine.

Okay Budget Motel - Rude Service
Okay budget hotel. Started off on the wrong foot upon check-in. Clerk/Manager repeatedly asked for my debit/credit card to process the payment. I explained to him that I paid for the reservation online and didn't understand why he needed my debit/credit card. He stated that this was, "not his problem". So I called Hotels.com and ask them to speak with the Clerk/Manager to get it worked out. I eventually got my room and they didn't have an opportunity to bill me again, but I will NEVER stay here again.
