The staff were rude and arrogant liars. They take the position the the guest is in desperate need of their facilities, and therefore deserves no kindness or service. The guest should just be grateful that the hotel will allow anyone to stay there. I wanted a non-smoking room and told them such when I checked in, but they wouldn't allow a change. When I arrived in the room it reeked of smoke. In the short time I was there I began to have an allergic reaction, so I called Orbitz to change (since the hotel claimed they could not change my room due to it being an online booking. After being on the phone with Orbitz for an hour trying to change, Orbitz finally contacted the hotel and the hotel lied and said I accepted the room without complaint and that they did not have anymore rooms available. The facility has around 50 rooms and there were only 8 cars in the parking lot. The hotel just did not want to accommodate my request and then lied to Orbitz about it. Avoid this place like the plague. The staff is racist too! When I complained they said said they would call the police simply because I was adamantly demanding that my position be heard rather than the hotel making up lies to Orbitz in an attempt to deflect blame to the customer and avoid responsibility for themselves. Horrible business practices! When I was leaving the "owner" approached me with a weapon in his hand and menaced me even though I was just standing there with a cell phone trying to cancel and get a refund.
