This beautiful 1bed/1bath oceanfront surf Villa is located in the gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club and within minutes from fine dining and high-end shopping in Ponte Vedra Beach.
The villa has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and it has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for our guests. The condo has a pull-out couch that is easy to accommodate 4 guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and fully equipped for your stay!
Our property is centrally located and it is 30 minutes away from historic St. Augustine and one hour and 45 minutes from Orlando.
This unit is eligible for temporary membership to the CABANA CLUB for a FEE. (Guests must purchase membership separately.) Be sure to ask for information about the temporary memberships.

Great condo steps from beach.
The condo was clean and well equipped. The property manager, Marita, was a wonderful lady who truly cared about the renter's experience. She was a joy to work with and I will certainly book one of her properties for my next trip.

607 is a Wonderful, clean, property!!
The description and photos of the property are exactly as shown. It's clean, comfortable has a beautiful view. Just a very short walk to the water. We will definitely visit it again. Marita was lovely to speak with, extremely knowledgeable and gave helpful tips for the area. Just an amazing place to visit!! We highly recommend it.
