Front desk staff was overwhelmed due to many people checking in at same time and computer shut down (2x) and failure of copy machine. Staff member was very patient, kind and polite and should be commended for her diligence and excellence on 7/6/2024.

The lamps in the room were rusty and the bathroom paint peeling and the breakfast could be alot better that was my first time and last time using that hotel and another thing my daughter went to put her trash in the trashcan a staff member said no dont put that trash in there because they just empty it my point we are paying customers thats their job to empty the trash. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable. The building is outdated. The pool has no lounge chairs, just a few plastic white chairs. There were no pool towels. They did have a few hand towels available. The shower handle in our room fell off, my husband did the best to fix it. Breakfast was available starting at 0530 which was nice. It had limited items but was ok. Location was good for our purpose.

Stayed 2 nights. The only dinning option was Applebee's, which was ok. The area around this hotel is very sketchy at best. The 2 gas stations around the corner I would not bother going to after 5pm. The staff at the hotel was polite. Room was clean but the perimeter of the hotel could definitely use a clean up.

The staff was extremely helpful. My husband had eye surgery with bandages that he couldn’t see and the staff was great at helping me get him to the room and telling where to find stuff in the neighborhood.

This hotel was in great shape and in a very good spot, it was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was just that, but the hotel is in walking distance from a Waffle House. Highly recommend to anyone!

Everything was good. Beds and pillows were clean and comfy and the staff was great. Lots of parking. Pool was nice. The vending machine wasn’t working but there were places near to get drinks and there’s a huge mini fridge in the room. The TV was a little fuzzy but I also didn’t complain to get it fixed. I would stay here again. Thanks.
