All of the hotel staff was great. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and the St John's Town Center mall. Property was clean, with on site parking, and several areas to sit and talk, including large outdoor patio by the lake.

The refrigerator was useless.When I called the front desk they said they would "take care of the problem". They flat out lied. When we returned to the room hours later, it was still not working and our food spoiled. Same with the water pressure in the shower. I've had rain on my head that was better suited for a shower. During that phone call I informed them and it was the same result as the refrigerator. NOTHING WAS DONE FOR BOTH SITUATIONS.

Great location. Largest shopping collection I’ve ever seen! Perfect choice for Jville at Christmas. Staff was A . Friendly and responsive. Only small glitch-my room wasn’t cleaned one time. I had to look for housekeeping staff to at least get towels. But she showed up within 10 min. Breakfast bar was great! Everything from quiche to tortillas!
