"We had trouble getting hot water to the sink and to the shower even after running 15-20 minutes. Then when we talked to the front desk, the woman said we needed to go through the third-party. There’s nothing she could do about it. Which I thought was very rude would not go back. Even though our state was pretty good. I do not care for terrible service."
