“Room was clean, no issues, no bugs, hair etc… it was really worth it for the price. One night in cool AC. Quick check in.”

“Brand new facility in excellent condition. They were not prepared to check us in on time, and we had to wait close to 1.5 hours past check-in as the room was not ready. This caused a delay in our travel plans. We did not get any housekeeping services any of the days we were there, despite specifically requesting them on two of the days. Had to seek out staff to get our own towels each day. Despite being told that management would follow up with us following some of our concerns, we never……

“The breakfast every morning was the best I have ever eaten compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The ladies serving the food were so nice and friendly. I do wish there had been towel hangers for wet clothes and wash rags”

“The hotel it's self was great. The only issue we had was that the people in the room above us was extremely noisy on Sunday night. They were stomping and jumping until almost 2 a.m.. Needless to say it was not a good night for sleeping.”

“Took my babies down to Jacksonville, NC for my birthday. Im so glad we booked this hotel. Very clean & Very close to EVERYTHING. the pool was so fun for the kiddos I didn't even have to travel the 45 mins to the beach.. big plus for me! We got to do everything else we planned to do 💕 Unfortunately there is always a little bad with the good. My biggest complaint is the first night the hot tub was the best thing smoking, very hot & working, the very next night there was nothing and it wasn't……

“Everything was good with the property. The staff was good. They was short on help with the laundry. No towels or wash rags. You had to get them from the front. The shower in my room was screwed up but it still worked half the time. Other than that it was good. I will be going back”

“Everything was good, very clean, however, WiFi reception was terrible, we can barely connect. Also ATT phone reception there was also very bad in that area, so had to live with no internet life for few days.”

“Overall it was ok, but the staff was rude at the front desk when the room was rented for an additional night, I called the store and set it up for my girlfriend to come down and have the keys re keyed since we were staying in the same room then when she went down to do it the lady was very rude about doing it, after it had already been set up for this. Idk she did it but with an attitude”
