“Stephanie was quick to answer any questions we had and made check in a breeze . We will definitely book with her again in the future.”

“We enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and plenty of space! The walk to the beach isn’t bad, but if you have small kids I would definitely recommend a wagon or something. We also liked that it was close to restaurants.”

“This place is a true gem. Host is attentive to furnishings. Nice kitchen amenities were appreciated, including KitchenAid Mixer, Calphalon, SHARP knives, commercial icemaker. Kayaks were easy to transport to the sound. Host was prompt and responsive. Everything was as represented. Hope to stay here next year.”

“Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how clean the property was and it not only looked but smelled clean! Kitchen was stocked adequately with dishes as well as baking and cooking items, which we loved because we cook in almost every meal. Super quick response from hosts for any questions. Great location!”

“This property was an excellent choice for our family for a low-key beach vacation. The host could not have been nicer and her communication and hospitality were top notch! We traveled with 2 young boys and there was so much to do - pool, beach, water park, mini golf and pizza - and the best part they all were within walking distance! (Less than 5 mins). The property was top class as well having everything we would ever need. I would highly recommend this location, especially for young families!……

“This home was clean, inviting, well maintained and well stocked! One of my favorite things was the spices available in the kitchen, the guests have taken good care to restock and replenish as using items. The starter toilet paper and coffee was a huge pro! Mary Ann and Scott were accommodating and great communicators. The beach was an easy walk from the home and the upstairs balcony had a lovely ocean view. In general, we can't wait to visit again!”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. You can tell that a lot of thought has been put into making your stay as comfortable as possible. Melissa was prompt in all communication and if there was something we needed she made it available for us so we would have less to travel with (wagon, beach toys ,etc). It’s enjoyable for both adults and children. My 2.5 year old son said that it was magical and in some ways it was. The views are great and it’s very charming. The proximity to so many……

“Great experience and great location for boating and beaching.”

“The check in instructions were confusing But the accommodations were excellent. Recommend but suggest you talk to agent Ian’s not rely on printed instructions alone.”

“The Murphy bed was down when we arrived and we kept it that way.”
