“This place is a good bang for your buck but there are many pros and cons to this place. ProsIt is clean, has a very soft bed and has a great view except for the treeConsThe cons are the host very rarely contacts you if you have issues. There is a sign that says you will be towed and I tried contacting the host to see if I needed a parking pass. It’s been 48 hours and I haven’t heard from her back ( you won’t get towed). “David was great! He was very responsive and went over and beyond to accommodate us. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect right in downtown New Bern in a revitalized safe area. It was within walking distance to Morgan's Grill and Baker's Kitchen which are two excellent restaurants.
