Good for an airport hotel. Pool area is very mosquito-y and there is poor air circulation so it smells heavily of cigarette smoke. Food is okay, pricey for what it is. Shuttle is NOT consistent. Different staff will tell you different information about the schedule. Air con in room was good enough but noisy at points in the night. Shower temperature fluctuates A LOT so be careful. I kept it fairly cool to avoid being burned during the heat flashes. Probably would not recommend to a friend, but it was good enough for one night before my long flight back to The States.

I stayed at some hotels for my traveled. This hotel is the smallest, tiniest, and very uncomfortable. Room space is so tiny, can't open my 2 big lugage in the same time, no space! AC is not working, just worked as a fan instead. So the room temp was really hot. Reported the problem, just 1 time tehnician came and nothing fixed, no change room also. So i have to bear with the worst 3 nights there, I can't sleep because of the room temp. I paid online in full when booked the hotel, so i can't move/cancelled the stays. There was no excitement for their foods too .. just like home amateur cooking, salty or no taste at all, not like a hotel class food standart.

All was just fine . Easy to get to. Nice buffet breakfast. Shuttle to and from the airport is posted in the hotel, but not on the website . It should be as well as the pick up location at the airport.

Another night before a morning flight
Standard room; food okay; clean enough. Shuttle bus still at limited times and still too many people trying to use the morning shuttles. Hotel should stop being so cheap and run more shuttles. The buses are already there, as are the staff to drive them, so provide the hotel to airport shuttle more often. This is the one key thing for a successful airport hotel: easy access! Ibis Styles has the perfect location for access, but then runs shuttles infrequently???

Standard airport hotel
Ibis Styles is fine for an overnight stopover before flying out of Jakarta. It’s not really near anything except other hotels and the airport access road. Go there, sleep, leave. Food is okay. Room is generally okay, but bathrooms are slowly looking in poorer condition every time I visit. Main issue is the airport shuttle doesn’t run frequently enough. It’s always full because the hotel is skimping on its service. It also uses the one same shuttle bus for guests from the adjacent Ibis Budget so of course every service is full. Just run more shuttles, more frequently, and this place would be perfect for a relatively cheap and easy airport hotel stay.

Great little hotel to stay at for 1-2 days for a layover. We were able to check in late (2am) with no problem. Check in was quick. We missed the last shuttle bus to the hotel but we were able to order a ride through Grab for about 90,000 rupiah. Air conditioner works well. The showers were a little bit dirty and the bed is not the most comfortable in the world, but definitely beats sleeping on the airplane.

They keep the room clean and closed distance to the airport for transit flights. The only downgrade is they don’t answer the phone when we trying to contact regarding the shuttle pick up which cost us time and money, luckily there’s taxi nearby for our early departure since the shuttle schedule is an hour early or 30 minutes later from our schedule.

You get what you pay for, that is for sure. We only spent one night at the hotel to catch a six o’clock flight home. They also have airport shuttle and that is our main purpose. If we have to stay more than one night we would have to find another hotel.

The security was helpful in assisting with taking the bags upstairs and bringing them down stairs. The night clerk was polite. The bus driver dropped us to the wrong terminal. I give it an 7 out of 10.

Nearby CGK Jakarta airport, it needs around 15min Taxi drive to get around, I was too naive to think I could get to hotel by walking. very clean and comfortable. only stay one night to transfer.

October 22, 2022-The breakfast buffet was excellent and a great reason reason to stay here. They serve breakfast from 3am-10am which was perfect for catching early morning flights or if you arrived late and wanted to sleep. The menu for lunch and dinner is expensive compared to other places in Jakarta but the food is very good. There are no alternate dining options nearby. The pool area was under construction which was disappointing as that was one of the reason we chose this hotel. There is nothing to do near the hotel and no outdoor area or gym. It is very close to the airport(10 minutes) for drop off prior to flights. The shuttle is free but only goes once every 2 hours starting at 4am through midnight (4am, 6am, 8am,10am etc). The pickup from the airport is approximately 30 minutes after it departs the hotel. The pick up location was difficult to find as it is at the east end of Terminal 3 near the parking garage. Rooms were clean and updated. The lobby was nice and the bar serves good drinks. It was a great choice for passing through Jakarta.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay here. And for the 9 hours I was there it shouldn't have been this disappointing. I couldn't find the shuttle bus at the airport and was super confused by their emails. It's almost as if they were explaining it to someone who should know all the areas they were speaking about. I ended up in a taxi there which was super sktchy and unforgettable. Checking in took a long time. The. After I had checked in they gave the same room number to other guests who were trying to get into my room later on. The staff were polite and kind. The room was way smaller then expected. Honestly the lobby didn't really match what was in the photos. The room was clean. I slept poorly all night. Breakfast was fine. I don't know. I feel like maybe I would give them a second chance. Some of these mistakes happen.

Lack of staff, Delays to everything - check in took over 20 mins despite having pre booked - service desk was useless, queue to get simple questions addressed ie number of restaurants, hours etc - only 1 of the 4 lifts was working for a period of the stay - over 1hour to serve the food after ordering meal at the restaurant, despite many urges for expediency

This hotel is good for an overnight stay while transiting in Jakarta. Small but comfortable. On the poor side, the shower water temperature fluctuates from cool to extremely hot non stop.

We were given rooms with dirty beds that were never made. The rooms also had a deep mold smell. The good part is the desk person changed us to rooms that at least had cleaner beds.
