So enjoyable staycation and they have an additional tent although its charge but its worth for your kids to be happy. The club lounge facilities all day eat so full and yummy. Ana the person in the lounge very helpful and friendly all the staff awesome.

Cannot say enough nice things about our stay here. The staff was absolutely incredible at every step from supporting booking bars and restaurants to accommodating our requests. We truly felt like friends by the end of our trip. They remembered details of where we’d been (Bali) and our flight times leaving which was just such a nice touch. The room was super spacious and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the massage at the spa was 10/10. We really, really loved our stay!

Everytime i stay in this hotel always a remarkable time and different moment and surprise…. My daughter love to stay in here and its feels like home. Good Stay, Not-so-great pre-stay experience.

Had a wonderful time staying at the hotel for a quick family getaway. We were celebrating our son's birthday when we stayed in the hotel, and overall it was a good experience. The team prepared, what I assumed was the standard setup for children staying in the hotel, with balloons, a tent, and a sweet treat, which were all appreciated. We stayed in a suite, so it was quite spacious, although I would say it's smaller than some other hotels we stayed in. Regardless, it was more than enough and the most underrated bit is how sound-proof everything was. Unlike our experience in another hotel, the noise from the street was not that disturbing and we got a sound sleep, which is always good. Never liked the access to the hotel, because it got quite complicated, from parking, having to go into the mall, find an elevator, go up, go in, go into another elevator, arrive, and for some guests, having to change elevator to get to your room. But I definitely would say, the lounge was the main plus point. Being able to get something to eat at every hour of the day was an underrated benefit, and staying close to the lounge definitely made us enjoy that benefit even more. I would like to point out, however, the pre-stay experience which was horrible. Tried to find a chat feature to ask about the rooms which I cannot find anywhere. So I DM'ed the hotel through social media, and I got transferred few times before finally able to get to the real contact person. Overall, a good stay

코로나 시국이지만, 잠시 바람 쐴겸 호텔스테이 2박했습니다. 조식도, 룸컨디션도,라운지 서비스도 좋았습니다. (코로나때문에 레스토랑이 활성화가 안되서 주문해 먹는 시스템이 대부분이었는데 맛은 좋았습니다) 딱 하나 실망했던건 수영장 컨디션. 하수구 냄새가 너무 나서 참다 참다 나와버렸어요ㅜㅜ 물에서 나는 냄새는 아닌거 같고 어디선가 풍겨오는 오수 냄새였는데 비위가 상해 힘들더라구요
