Sjöbrisgården is only 150 meters from the sea on Sweden's sunniest coast.

The 40 square meter cabin is modernly equipped with a smaller kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. In the bedroom there is a double bed and wardrobe. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and TV. Toilet with shower corner and underfloor heating. If you do not want to clean yourself then you can buy for cleaning on site at a price of 500 SEK. Receipt is obtained. The garden is large and fully fenced with fence. Good for those with pets or children. In addition, there is a lovely patio under the roof for long wonderful summer evenings.

Here you have cycling distance to swimming at Björkenäs camping with kiosk, sandy beach and jetty. Along the coast road there are several farms with their own sale of vegetables, eggs and cheese. In Kristianopel you can enjoy roses, narrow alleys, cafes and restaurants. And if you look out over the sea you can see Öland's southern headland on the horizon. From Torhamn you can take an archipelago boat and discover the island life. A trip to Utklippan is a fantastic nature experience with its unique animal and bird life. Here you can even meet on seals.

The World Heritage City of Karlskrona with several historical sights is reached by car in half an hour.

The Hütte Sjöbrisgården lies just 150 meters from the lake in the sunniest coast of Sweden.

The 40 square meter large hut is modernly equipped with a smaller kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. In the bedroom is a double bed and a wardrobe. In the living room, it provides a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a TV. Toilet with shower and foot floor heater. A final cleaning can be booked at a price of 5oo kroner.
The garden is large and secluded. Good for children and dogs. Besides, it provides a terrace with roofing for a beautiful summer evening.

Only a few minutes away lies Björkenäs, a campground with a kiosk, sandy beach and bridge. Along the coastal road you will find many farmhouses with their own sale of vegetables, eggs and cheese. In Kristianopel you can enjoy the scent of the many roses, stroll through the gases, visit a common cafe or restaurant. If you look over the sea, you can experience in the distance the southernmost tip of Öland.

From Torhamn you can discover the Schärengarten with a guided boat excursion. It is a beautiful opportunity to visit the cliff, the most southeastern island group of Sweden, with its unique wildlife of birds and other wildlife. If you are lucky you can even visit seals.

The world-culture-based Karlskrona can be reached by car in half an hour.

Urlaub in der Stuga
Dieses schöne, gut gelegene Häuschen bietet alles um schöne Tage in süd-ost-Schweden zu verbringen. Von hier sind Badestellen sowie viele Städte mit Auto gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, einzig das kleine Bad ist leider nur über das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen (Durchgangszimmer). Da hier auch Hunde oft Gäste sind, muss man mit Haaren auf Couch und Bettwäsche vorlieb nehmen. Der Garten ist schön groß und eingezäunt, jedoch sehr naturbelassen. Ein großer Wald-Ameisennest ist in der Nähe des Hauses, schön-aber ungeeignet mit kleinen Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und angenehm in der Kommunikation. Danke! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Niedliches Haus, ruhige Lage in der Natur☀️🏠
Gemütliches, kleines Haus mitten in der Natur ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden sehr nett und herzlich von Jenny persönlich empfangen. Das Gebiet ist toll zum Wandern und Vögel beobachten direkt an der Ostsee. Sehr zu empfehlen 🙂🏠

Zusammengefasst können wir nur sagen, dass eir einen sehr guten Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus hatten. Das Haus war zwar klein, aber gemütlich. Auch der Kontakt mit Jenny war hervorragend, danke dir dafür. Einzig das Waschbecken im Bad wurde zu einer Herausforderung. Ansonsten lohnt eine Wiederkehr.

Schönes Häuschen in der Natur
Schönes Haus im Wald mit allen was man braucht. Jenny war sehr nett und hat immer schnell auf die Nachrichten geantwortet und uns Aktivitäten in der näher empfohlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schade nur, dass der Zugang zum Strand erst ein paar Kilometer mit dem Auto erreichbar ist.

Wat een heerlijke plek!
Het huisje was schoon en netjes. Een tikkeltje klein, maar het weer was zo mooi dat we alleen maar buiten hebben gezeten. Contact met Jenny ging makkelijk en snel. Omgeving is mooi, je moet er wel de auto of fiets (als je die mee hebt) voor pakken. Zwemmen bij Torham is echt een aanrader met kids. Maarrr het water is er wel fris… ;-)

Sehr schön und ruhig
Kleines aber sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit eingezäuntem Garten. War perfekt für uns und unsere zwei Hunde, die den Garten genau so toll fanden wie wir. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Möglichkeit auch bei regnerischem Wetter aussen sitzen zu können ist echt toll. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man ist innerhalb von ca. 10 min zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit gefahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entspannen auf Schwedisch
Ein kleines einfaches Schwedenhaus an der Küste. Gut gelegen für alle möglichen Unternehmungen wie Wandern, Radfahren, Baden und Einkaufen. Die überdachte Terasse war unser Lieblingsort bei jedem Wetter. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Schlaf und Wohnraum war für 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind völlig ausreichend. Das Bad ist sehr klein aber durch die effektive Raumnutzung auch o.k. Die Vermietung lief sehr unkompliziert und durch die guten Deutschkenntnisse der Vermieterin auch ganz ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Tage. Gern kommen wir wieder. K.S.

Urlaub zum Ausruhen
Das Haus ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend für einen ruhigen Urlaub zu zweit. Auf der Terasse kann man schöne Abende verbringen. Leider gibt es keinen schnellen Zugang zum Meer, die Badestelle liegt 8 km entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ziele für kleine Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Sommer in Schweden
Bei perfektem Wetter und absoluter Ruhe konnten wir den Urlaub im roten Schwedenhaus genießen. Es ist gut ausgestattet und das Grundstück für Gäste mit Hund perfekt. Nur einen Badeplatz in der Ostsee zu finden, war etwas schwierig.
