“The hallways were really dirty needed vacuumed badly. There was cobwebs every where. When you asked the staff for something they acting like u wanting one of their arms. The breakfast: we came down at 8 and there was no milk or coffee and people were still coming after us. We also asked for a 1st floor room and they refused, even tho we had a handicapped with us and they don’t have an elevator”
