Staff was wonderful ! Very friendly. There is a Dennys across the street. There is an adult store right next to the hotel, but I did not notice anything bad from there . The breakfast was ok. No meat most of the days , but there was lots of other stuff . It was nice for the price we were charged .

The only good thing about the Phoenix Inn is the staff was very pleasant. Our room was dusty, house cleaning was inconsistent, the weight equipment in the exercise room was out of order, their website stated the rooms have free cable tv which during our six night stay only worked sixty percent of the time, the continental breakfast was terrible, and the outdoor seating area is facing the highway and is very noisy.

Great pool and breakfast. Short distance from Eugene, and worth the extra drive to have a hotel with pool and breakfast!
