“We have stayed at this location twice and plan to go back! It is located close enough to campus and near lots of restaurants and stores. The area is clean and family friendly. It has AC but is also comfortable with just windows open. The house is always spotless and has everything we need (coffee, fresh towels, cleaning supplies, dishes, pots and pans, fresh blankets and even wine). We went on a hike a few miles away and enjoyed our stay very much. And a bonus is that T &E always responds……

“The host cancelled my stay less than 24 hours before my planned check in. I had previously stayed there in February and was satisfied so I booked again for June and another in July. The host sent me a VRBO message, not even a call or text the evening prior to my arrival and informed me of the cancellation. The explanation given was that a long term tenet of 9 months was unable to vacate. This was clearly false as they obviously didn’t remember that I had stayed there just 4 months earlier. ……
