"Nice, clean, quiet and secure building. Unfortunately, no tub."

"The room was nice, quaint, for one person it was just right. The bed was a little too soft for me. Everything else in the room was great. Breakfast was good though the hot items could be a little warmer. I also ate dinner there which was convenient and again the meal was warm not hot. Finally the staff behind the counters were very friendly and helpful."

"Stayed two nights. Didnt have hot water. Was fixed the next day. The staff that fixed it was really nice, even checked later to make sure we had hot water. Felt the staff at front desk wasnt all that concern. "

"The setting was beautiful, but I expected more. We stayed in the old lodge part. We had to carry heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs (no assistance was offered), it was very noisy and the room was cramped and awkward. We were looking forward to having a bar and restaurant on site as advertised, but the restaurant was closed for remodeling and the bar was more of a window where you could order drinks and then take them somewhere else to drink. We did enjoy the view sitting outside. Luckily, it was nice weather and the lakefront area is very nice. "

"Hotel staff was great and friendly. The only downside is the dryer went out and we had to hang dry our clothes."
