Do not be fooled by the convenient location just 30 minutes from the national park. The management completely exploits this to take advantage of guests.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor, and the RV itself was filthy. The actual state of the vehicle was unacceptable:
5 windows were broken.
1 door was broken.
2 out of 3 fans were non-functional.
No air conditioning.
Worst of all, there was no heating in 50-degree weather, leading to a miserable, sleepless night.
The next morning, I called management to demand heat. The phone was answered with a blunt, "Yeah, talk." When I explained the situation, the response was, "It’s because you didn't call, not because I wasn't prepared." They immediately added that no refunds would be issued, blaming everything on us.
They eventually brought over a single, cheap space heater, despite explicitly promising on the phone that providing two would be "no problem." Further complaints were met with completely unhelpful responses.
While the location is convenient, the terrible service and neglected facilities completely ruined our trip. I highly recommend looking for other accommodations in the area.
