Good location for access to beaches and The Hoh rainforest. There was no TV as listed in the description and the wifi was poor at best.

the trailer ended up not having gas service for cooking, 2 of the tvs didn't work, lights outside were on all night for safety reasons BUT the blinds didn't close all the way so it was still pretty bright all night long inside the trailer. the main bed was comfortable

We needed a clean and warm place to sleep for the night at the last minute and this RV trailer met that purpose. Communication by the manager was excellent and he took the time to explain everything.

All in all , it was ok. We made a last minute trip to Forks , WA over July 4 weekend . There wasn’t anything else available in the area , so our options were limited . It’s a roomy 5th wheel RV. It was clean and had the basic things we needed for our stay . It’s not a lux hotel , but it met our need . It was affordable and safe . It’s located in Forks so we could walk anywhere that we wanted to go .
This was an ideal alternative to a hotel. Accommodations were comfy and adequate for our needs for a brief stay in town. The location is centrally located and walking distance to park activities, shopping, dining and espresso stand across the street.
I would stay here again.
Do not be fooled by the convenient location just 30 minutes from the national park. The management completely exploits this to take advantage of guests.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor, and the RV itself was filthy. The actual state of the vehicle was unacceptable:
5 windows were broken.
1 door was broken.
2 out of 3 fans were non-functional.
No air conditioning.
Worst of all, there was no heating in 50-degree weather, leading to a miserable, sleepless night.
The next morning, I called management to demand heat. The phone was answered with a blunt, "Yeah, talk." When I explained the situation, the response was, "It’s because you didn't call, not because I wasn't prepared." They immediately added that no refunds would be issued, blaming everything on us.
They eventually brought over a single, cheap space heater, despite explicitly promising on the phone that providing two would be "no problem." Further complaints were met with completely unhelpful responses.
While the location is convenient, the terrible service and neglected facilities completely ruined our trip. I highly recommend looking for other accommodations in the area.

It was ok. Some stiff was broken. TV wasn't there. Dust and spider webs
The heating system of the RV was broken (icing air when max heating selected) so it wasn’t comfortable outside the bedroom where a small heater was installed.
The check in time was advertised as 3pm. When we arrived they said it wad an error and check in was 4pm. When wr returned at 4pm the room was still not available with no definate time when to return. The propane did not work so we couldn't use the stove. The door did not lock from the inside so we barricaded the door with a table. Front desk lady was rude.
Expedia picture showed a nice room - we ended up in a fifth wheel camper. Not even close to what was shown on Expedia. I will issue a dispute through my credit card company with Expedia. Also - no tv, two refrigerators neither worked and half the outlets did not work and no soap. Also receptionist was very negative - horrible

RV refrigerator was out of order. Small substitute refrigerator didn't work either. No outlets working other than 2 in the bed area up front. Don't know if gas was hooked up to the stove or just not turned on. The place was clean, just needs a little attention
Was late due to flight, CS stated someone at desk to 11, arrived at 1030, sign said closes at 10, CS was rude about arrival time, finally got in RV, it was empty, no cups plates, utensils, nothing. If you plan to stay, better have everything you need. Small BBQ outside but nothing to use with it, dirty sponge on the sink left from who knows when. Bed had dip in the center, you will roll to middle. Fan in the bathroom was really loud, no air flow, no fan for air. Fridge was broke so they have a small mini fridge. Stuff that is advertised was not available especially for the price.

While the check in process was nice, the desk clerk was friendly, and the camper was clean, the Wi-Fi and TV didn't work in it, and the lock didn't work from the inside because the deadbolt didn't align to the strike plate. In fact, it looked like the strike plate was attached to the frame with cardboard. I could've lived without TV, but with poor cell reception, no Wi-Fi was a challenge and then with the inability to lock the door from the inside, I ended up leaving. I imagine if we got one of the cabins near the front, it would have been a better experience, but the RV we were assigned was their only option.

Clean updated facilities. Being able to do laundry is nice
Check in was supposed to be after 3pm, our space was not ready til after 5pm. We had food in the car that we wanted to fix that night. The RV was horrible. It had NO utensils, NO pots/pans/dishes, etc. It was listed as having cooking facilities, which we really needed and it had NOTHING. Stove did not work either, fridge was a dinky little apartment size unit.
After a lot of back and forth they refunded our other 2 nights but still changed us full price for one night that was truly awful. It's right on a busy highway, very noisy, trash around the space. No apology, no understanding. They could have cared less.
We hustled to find a place the next 2 nights which turned out to be lovely. Don't waste your money on this place, or in Forks either. Push on to Moslips or even Tokeland.

Pros:
Mikayla at the front desk was very sweet.
Laundry room on property, but you have to pay.
Very close to everything.
Cons:
1. The property is on the main road. The biggest cabin, the one we rented, was right the road. You could see gas stations from our front door. Also, please know that this is not on a wooded piece of property.
2. Dirty sheets on pullout couch.
3. Comes with a kitchen, but it is not adequate.
(3 forks, 3 serving spoons, 1 big knife, and plastic disposable cups to drink with.
No cookie sheet. Only a 6-inch saute pan. There were some other pans. No potholders. No hand towel.
No salt and pepper. No paper towels.)
4. Broken hanging bar in the hallway.
5. Edge of kitchen countertop was not finished.
6. Hole in the top of the sink where there should be a soap dispenser. Had to put a coffee cup over the hole so we didn't splash water in it, which would damage the cabinet below.
7. There was a big bottle of Ajax covered in dried soap with a dirty sponge next to it.
8. Under mattress in the bedroom was the following: 1/2 inch of dust, used Kleenex, and a used White Claw can.

Interesting area - first time there. 5th wheel was fine. The unit we were in was right next to the main road so was pretty noisy. Convenient to the Circle K ( right next door) and hamburger place across the street. Trailer was connected to power and sewer so no issues.

The place had no hot water. We had to be moved down the street to another motel.
