“I always rely on reviews to choose my stays, so I always want to be helpful to others. This property was very nice and secluded. It has two lower units and one upper unit. Two of the units (Lodge and Meadow) have a view of the water and very nice decks. The property has a nice hot tub and fire pit. Unfortunately, we were in the Forest unit. While it was lovely, we had no views or windows except for the fenced in tiny deck. The room was lovely, but dark and claustrophobic. If you want a romantic……

“Love the history of the building and how they kept that character. While the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways, i have zero complaints. Room was comfortable and provided everything that we needed.”

“With all my boys hitting 18 or older, it’s been harder to find something exciting and new to do for all their birthdays that fall within two weeks of each other. We have always loved visiting Sequim and the animal game farm. I was happily surprised to learn of this festive and unique castle that was full of all the fun amenities like costumes, decor, medieval type dishes, furniture, etc. It was really fun. My only regret is not staying longer.”

“Very nice hotel. The rooms are large, very clean with fire place large bath and nice bath products. We had a problem getting the room made up. Did not have this the last time we were there. I think there was just an oversight. We wish the restaurant and bar didn’t close so early. ”

“Our original lodging became unavailable to to an unforeseen circumstance. The staff at Manitou Lodge were so helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying in the lodge and had a blast. The rooms were great and fit us well. The community space in the lodge was great as well. We were comfortably able to play games and spread out. The only thing it lacked was a kitchenette. Otherwise, all was great. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommended. Communication was fantastic and staff were super……

“For the price, the place was good. Lobby smelled of waffles all the time from breakfast, definitely didn't complain about that! Breakfast had good options. Beds and pillows quite firm. No AC which was okay for us, we just kept patio door open with screen door. The view from the patio was worth it! Mountains and water/marina view. Surprisingly didn't smell fishy either. Felt safe in the location and was close to everything you needed.”
