"The individual units were very nice. The bedroom is pretty small and hard to maneuver around the bed. This is a resort so be prepared to be offered discounts on activities if you agree to go to a two hour presentation where of course they are hopeful you will buy into Sapphire Resorts. We went to the presentation so we could get a substantial discount on a jeep tour but we held firm and did not buy in. We did not have time to use all the amenities like the pool and adults only Lagoon, but they looked quite nice. The check in process was not good at all. The people doing the checkin were not friendly or helpful. We were told we could check in by 4:00. It was 4:35 when we got our keys, with no apologies at all. Check out was similar. No thank you for staying with us, hope you enjoyed your stay, just took our keys and that was it. "

"Rooms were clean but had a weird stench all around the room and in pillow covers as well. There were food crumbs, jelly and some hair on the sofa bed as well. Overall, it wasn't a bad place but you can definitely find bettee options in the same price range there."

"Loved this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Shower was amazing and powerful massage head. Staff was friendly amf informative. Close to everything. Couple of restaurants and shopping right next door. Even a nail shop! All the sights, other shopping areas and restaurants very short driving distance. Hotel bar happy hour was a plus. Also a variety of snacks available in Lobby as well as local bottles of wine to be purchased. Breakfast was adequate. Not amazing but a little something for everyone. "
