This property was a great surprise! We mis-booked our arrival date and needed a place on the fly. Found this one and liked the reviews. We got a condo that was quite nice and more spacious than a hotel room, plus full kitchen, living room and nice outdoor features (on a golf course) for less than our original hotel booking. I’d definitely stay here again if in area.
The room was very clean, and the staff at check in were awesome. My only thing was I am a cigarette smoker, and I would have liked a designated area for that, away from the rooms of course. But someplace I could sit and relax without it bothering anyone. And an ashtray to dispose of them. Instead of on the curb. And a water bottle, since I don’t want to litter.
This place was perfect for us, as we were in and out of the room the whole time we were there. Great views of the sunrise and sunset. We did not use any if the amenities, so I cannot comment on those.
This place has everything you need. 10/10 I’m staying here any time im in Sedona. The pool area, the adults lagoon is a nice space away from any screaming children in the pool. I washed a load of laundry while here too which was so convenient . We appreciate and enjoy the over sized parking for our truck+RZR
All this for the price+location ,amazing !

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge! 😊 It was such a nice, peaceful getaway and exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, the property was beautiful, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
Everything was nice and clean, and we really enjoyed just being able to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It truly felt like a little escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again! If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing to stay while visiting the area, we definitely recommend Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge. ❤️
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, we’ll be back! 😊
Carpets were wet and moist like they just finished washing them. Couldn’t walk around with socks or barefoot had to wear my crocs . Good size place, nice kitchen, nice size rooms and restrooms
This was a great launch point for doing things in the Sedona area and a much better price. It is also quiet away from the chaos. I would stay again if we go back.
Excellent value for the price! We stayed for three nights in August, so it was quiet, comfortable, and not crowded. Favorite feature: Pristine adults-only hottub open until MIDNIGHT every night (and we were usually alone)! But towels are NOT provided for the adult hottub, so request extras at check-in.
More first-timer tips: [1] Housekeeping must be scheduled 24 hours in advance; [2] Cable TV is available, but complicated to use … bring your own Roku; [3] Good coffee makers and refrigerators with ice-makers in every room, but only powdered creamer is provided … bring your own.
