Very convenient location to the old city of Jerusalem just outside New Gate. Limited parking for cars of guests. The property is fairly close to light rail and the train station.

Excellent location. 100 mts from the "new entrance" of the the old city. Abeer at the reception is really nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good. The wifi is not the best, but ok

We couldn't of picked a better hotel to stay in all of Jerusalem! The staff and amenities were amazing and location is ideal - just a few steps from the Holy City - NO OTHER HOTEL IS AS CLOSE! I can honestly tell you that I will continue to stay at the Notre Dame in Jerusalem - every time I visit Jerusalem :)

The room and service were very good. The television did not work properly and it was impossible to grt any news channel. The driver who was arranged by the front desk took me to a wrong address which caused loss of time and extra cost.

For the price the hotel was below average When asked for electrical adaptor it was a NO although was late to go out and look for one The rooftop was closed and that restaurant food wasnt good

Perfect Hotel for Exploring Jerusalem
The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the Old City and nice shopping as well. We felt very safe around the neighborhood. It’s directly across street from a tram stop. There is a beautiful chapel with daily mass. Guests have access to the rooftop lookout for amazing views of the whole Jerusalem. The rooftop Wine and Cheese restaurant offers great food in a sophisticated setting with great views. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Jerusalem!

Great hotel across from Christian Quarter
Excellent staff throughout entire hotel. Very comfortable hotel. Nice breakfast daily. Fabulous coffee shop open noon through evening. Creative and delicious menu.

The best experience everrrrrrrrr!!!!
Abeer at the front desk was and is super amazing as was Aberdeen and the entire staff as well as the room staff and the Director, this hotel is hotel heaven!! The most wonderful and accommodating people ever!! The food staff were also incredible and all food was absolutely delicious at the buffets and my favorite in all the world was the golden potatoes!!! I loved my room and I loved my balcony and the best thing ever was no tv so I had all my husbands attention!!

Very expensive hotel for bad quality services. The beds was twins size and very old which no so good so a couple. As well the weather in Jerusalem is very too hot in this season and the room services all the time they turned of the fan, bc the A/C doesn't work very well. The bathroom lights were some broken. Really very bad experience and very expensive

It was over all good. Service and breakfast and the cafe was great. I was disappointed in the service at the roof top restaurant. They do not like solo travelers and I felt very disrespected to the point of feeling humiliated the 2 times I attempted to get a table. They just have no time For a single travelor. This place is a disaster. I don’t understand how this attitude is promoted at a religious residence. The only other problem was my room key kept getting demagnetized. Very frustrating. Location great. I was there during Holy Week and no one at the desk knew anything about the traditional services offered at the basilica of the Holy Sepulcher which I found very strange. Good at breakfast and the first floor cafe was great as well as the service.

Our stay started off a bit rocky as no one was there to check us in when we arrived in the night. However, the management did everything they could to make up for it for the rest of our stay. I did not realize that they did not have televisions in every room and they accommodated us and relocated us to a room with a TV. We were even able to get breakfast boxes packed for us when we had to leave at 5:30am for a tour. The room was a bit cold for us so we had to turn the A/c to the heating setting but I guess that was because of the time of year and our Caribbean blood :-D

The staff were friendly and helpful, and offered good service. The room is as what you see in the photos. It is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is a little old but everything works fine, with a good shower with hot water. The buffet breakfast is nice. The food in Allegro is very good. The location is excellent, as it is right next to the New Gate of the Old City. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend Notre Dame Center to anyone wishing to stay in Jerusalem.
