“Great location near the train station and Guglie water taxi stop (5 min walk) in an area of Venice where many locals live, away from the heavy tourist areas. Shops, groceries, and restaurants within 1km radius. Saint Mark's Basilica, 2.1km.The property is easy to find and close to Parco Giochi, a green space and children's playground. The rental space is on the ground floor and the host lives upstairs. Some noise can be heard from normal upstairs activities. If there is any festival going on……

“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”

“Everything about our stay was good overall. The room was comfortable, and we were happy with the hotel. The only inconvenience was that our room was located about a five-minute walk from the reception area. Whenever we needed something such as drinking water, we had to walk back to the main lobby, which was a little inconvenient. Other than the location of our room, we had a pleasant stay.”

“Room is tiny but clean, bed is super cozy I like firm bedding. Nice staff. Convenient location. It will take 30 mins walk from the bus station but it is close to the ferry pier to Murano and Burano.”
