Clean rooms that fit our family of 4 great. With our room being on the top floor we even had terrace access. Good access to water taxi, restaurants, and San Marco’s square.

Best check-in experience of my trip, great start to my stay. Guy that checked me in was so helpful, they also send you a link with local recommendations. Hotel was beautiful, room was amazing and location was very central. Would definitely stay here again and felt very safe staying here alone

Great Location, I have been to Venice many time and this hotel is perfect for easy walking to most of the main tourist spots. Lara, on reception was superb! Great communication with all our group, so friendly and efficient. We will definitely go back.

The property and especially the staff were amazing! We were a little concerned when we walked in when it was dark as it is a very quiet alley. That all changed as we got to know the area. It was a perfect location near everything we wanted to see and do. Our room was well appointed, spacious and clean. Better than the pictures show. The hotel is very chic and the staff are very helpful and pleasant.

My room was freezing because the management decided not to pay for heat despite the weather being cold and rainy outside (this is what they told us). The hotel staff wasn't as accommodating and friendly as they should have been. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Bed bugs

Hotel had bed bugs, they refused to refund money after we complained about bed bugs. As they said they have a no cancelation and no refunds policy. Do not stay here.

Hotel Palazzina Fortuny, Excellent!!

We booked Palazzina Fortuny 3 months ago for a 3 night after cruise stay in Venice. Communication with the hotel was handled quickly and any questions were answered. Transportation to the hotel was quick and easy. The moment we entered the property we knew this was the right accommodation for us. Check in was smooth, we had help with our luggage, got some pointers from the front desk, then quickly went and got lost for the day. My biggest concern was our transportation back to the airport after our stay. It was all handled by the front desk, as needed and we even had help to the private water taxi with our luggage. The breakfast bar was a beautiful relaxing way to start our day. The staff was nothing short of excellent. My wife and I enjoyed our 3 nights at Hotel Palazzina Fortuny so much that we felt like we were the only ones there. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay! We shall see you in the spring!

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is well located, very clean, and is easy walking distance of San Marco square and the Grand Canal. Many interesting shops are nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.
