Conveniently located steps from the train station, yet quiet and peaceful. Also steps from excellent restaurants, shopping, and the water bus. Property is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The variety and quality of the complementary breakfast was impressive. If I return to Venice, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a unique feel about it, being an old monastery. It is in an excellent location very close to the station and it has a newly installed lift which is great if you have a lot of luggage. We found the beds to be very narrow but the room was comfortable. The front desk staff and breakfast staff are all very helpful. It was lovely to be able to eat breakfast in the garden

The were several things I liked about this hotel and there were few minor ones that it was personal; let’s start with good ones: the hotel staff were welcoming (fluent to several languages), breakfast was great, shower water pressure was amazing, super close to train station, and many shops, supermarket and restaurants few min walking distance. The ones I disliked are as follows: the room was super tiny (not enough for 3), the AC unit was hardly working and it was making a noise (too much noise for a nice and quiet sleep), No views to the back (just pipes-so don’t get 105), The shower walls are a little dirty-mold like, the room color is too dark for my taste (black, high tone purple), and lastly not too many outlet options to plug in your devices.
