Venice is a small busy commercial area. This hotel did a great job of directing us to the best food with very reasonable (small - but large for Venice) accomodations. The staff was amazing. I would stay here again If I was staying in Venice. Very good people.

Loved this property! Everything was within walking distance. Also loved getting my pastry and cappuccino at their cafe next door. Also had travel issues and the hotel was very accommodating getting us to their property even at the late hour. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was professional and very accommodating. The rooms are updated, air conditioned, and had comfortable beds. Its very clean. It has an elevator and wide staircase. The in room refrigerator is restocked daily. Food, drinks, pastries, shopping is close by and right out the door. The location was ideal fornour excursions and I definitely would return.

Little gem in the middle of the busy San Marco Sestiere. We had the fabulous tower view room, plenty of space, with super shower (great if you are tall), daily fresh mineral water, juice and yoghurt left in our room. Would highly recommend - perfect room for a Venice City break. We had coffee and croissant each morning in the bakery downstairs - clearly a favourite with the local Gondaliers as well as the tourist crowd. What a find.

Perfect location! It’s a five minute walk to St Mark’s Square, Ponte Rialto and shops and restaurants. Our Junior Suite has beautiful decor, bathroom is huge and everything is very clean. There also is a Rosa Salva Pasticceria on the ground level. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. We love the location and convenience. We stayed in room 106 and it was very loud starting around 7:00 AM. Disappointed in how loud it got as sleeping was no longer an option with the noise.

This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect! We can dropped off our luggage and have extra time to walk around in the city. The staffs are professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel on the future.
