Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. “We stayed here for one night. Free parking outside the hotel. Informed the hotel that we were arriving late in the evening, they provided the PIN code for the front door & key left at reception. Room was clean. Breakfast was the highlight for us. Italian coffee was the best & the pastries were to die for! We had the strawberries/cream croissant, pistachio croissant & apple tart. The only downside was on booking it stated check out was 11am, but was informed by reception that it was in fact at……
