The view was amazing. The bathroom was clean and well maintained with a window to help with ventilation. We arrived when the hotel switched from summer air conditioning to fall/winter heat so the space was warmer than expected. However, once we opened the windows, the space was very well ventilated. Just be prepared for mosquitoes if you open the windows. Super central location. Overall, wonderful experience.

We arrived to the hotel following the clear instructions sent through Expedia by the hotel. Please, use them because the Google Maps direction is not accurate 😂 The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. We had hot water (except the morning we were checking out-maybe it was because it was too early) and the A/C worked perfectly.

Location was good, close to the water bus pier, Rialto bridge, market. Just step out of the hotel and there are many souvenir and food stalls around. Reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. No lift just staircase. Room is basic but comfortable and clean. Need to bring your own toiletries as they only provide a small tube of shower and shampoo and no toothbrush. I always have my own toiletries so it wasn’t much of a problem for me. Overall the stay experience is good

Good location, not the most luxurious bedding but that was probably the only downside. Air con was a lifesaver for the warm Italian weather, and the fridge was handy as well! The late checkin process was good and simple enough to follow :)

We had a wonderful 3-night stay. Nadia at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. She gave us an incredibly thorough overview of Venice, including the best spots to shop and how to navigate the city. She was always smiling and happy to answer our questions. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations for the price. Highly recommend!

The location was great, the room was just what we were looking for, very near to lots of sights in Venice. The room was clean and we were provided a free bottle of prosecco in our room when we checked in. They also had a deal with the restaurant with a similar name nearby for 20% off which we took advantage of. Would definitely recommend staying here as long as you do not require an elevator and can navigate going up tight stairs.

Finding the place was hard because it is hidden in between tight walls. We eventually found it. Staff is nice. Shower is small as expected but had plenty of hot water. They provided free tea and coffee in the room with biscuits. The decorations (bed sheets, curtains) could use updating as it reminded us of the 60s. 20 min walk to the Venezia S Lucia train station, 15 min walk to St Mark's Square. Overall decent hotel.
