“The property was clean and the location was good. That was only the good part.
Buffet breakfast was included in the package. But the hotel said breakfast will be served in their other property which was 4 kms away and you need to travel on your own.
And now, the worst part is, there is a guy called Thomas taking care of buffet. His behavior was extremely rude and disgusting with people coming from this property.
I think the management should get themselves involved and sort their internal……
