“This is an amazing property. The first thing I noticed was the smell, very fresh and clean smelling. The 1 BR unit we rented was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was large and the shower wad huge with two shower heads. The hot water was immediate and water pressure was very good. The kitchen was very well equipped with most everything you could ever need. I am looking forward to my next visit here (that I already booked)”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful! The trolly to and from Dollywood was a lifesaver! The ticket desk was very helpful with helping us get reservations at Dollywood Stampede! The timesaver bracelet was awesome and helped us get rides easier! I ordered a pizza from the market in the hotel- ready very quickly and hot and delicious! I will be returning! Thanks to Expedia for assisting with the reservation!”

“We had a lovely stay beautiful updated room. Would highly recommended My only complaint are the pillows are horrible. Way too soft like cotton. They should offer both soft and firm pillows”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”
