“Nice place in the perfect location to enjoy all Jonesborough has to offer. Place is an even larger space than appears in photos. Owner is very responsive. Only possible con, as a couple other reviews mentioned, the mattress is too soft approaching uncomfortable.”

“The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. However, this hotel should have invested in sound proof windows because of the proximity to the highway. At night, you can hear the trucks and traffic off and on thus leading to a poor nights sleep.”

“We loved our stay at the General Morgan Inn. We came in on a Sunday and we were one of a few guests in the hotel that evening, which was kind of nice. I will say, nothing was open in the hotel that night, so we didn't get to enjoy anything besides our room and breakfast the next morning. We did enjoy walking up to the outdoor patio in the evening and just standing around looking at the view of the city. Would 100% recommend this place! ”
