Their staff is friendly and helpful. This properly has just been completely renovated so its super clean and very comfortable.

Staff was helpful and hotel was fine. And it was clean. It's a bit of a run down bldg. And it is expensive because it is in Juneau but it is right downtown. We had a room on the back and it was quiet. We were there for a short night before an early morning flight. The staff reserved a taxi for us for 5:30 am. The taxi did not arrive and the morning staff for since that they'd had problems with this taxi company. We had no problem getting a Lyft. The nighttime staff person thought maybe a taxi reservation would be better since it was such an early morning ride. But that didn't pan out. There was also quite a bit of a security line at the airport. We waited half an hour to get through the TSA PreCheck line. But that's not the hotel's problem; they were fine.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was super helpful and stored our fish in their freezer with zero issue. Also near the airport which is very convenient. That being said, near the airport means it's not near the tourist part of town (a $30 uber ride away).

Wonderful stay. Heather and Tina were awesome with lots of good recommendations. Breakfast was great.
