"This hotel is super clean and staff is very nice. Room is big and has everything you need. 1F has a lot of places for working, just bring your laptop and you are all set, free coffee and snacks there! Remember to call hotel for the shuttle when you arrive at the airport, I was waiting quiet long time before I realized that I need to make a call so they will send the free shuttle to pick you up."

"I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner without a working Uber account, I asked him to help me book a taxi for my 8 AM departure to Dallas Airport. When I arrived at the front desk at 8 AM, he informed me that he had booked an Uber for me. He explained that the previous guest had attempted to book a taxi but experienced issues with reliability, so he opted for Uber instead. We both assumed I could pay the driver with a card (as I have no cash with me) instead of charge his Uber credit card, but when the driver informed me that it was not doable, the clerk quickly said, “Forget it… just go,” and kindly covered the fare for me. This gesture truly exemplifies outstanding customer service, and I am incredibly grateful for his kindness and support during my stay. Thank you for making my experience so memorable!"
