“I'd stay there again if back in Plainwell. This is because of the price, friendly staff, and they're pet friendly. Breakfast was standard pretty good free breakfast- eggs, waffles, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, etc. However, the floor in our room was filthy. The carpet felt cold but I suspect it was damp/moldy. The tile was sticky. I had to rewash my feet before going out. The lighting isn't great either, especially when you need to do pre-event face and hair prep.”

“We had a great experience - staff very nice and helpful. It had everything we needed and more. It will be our first choice of accommodation when in Kalamazoo again. Thanks for the hospitality.”

“The mattress was well worn, you sleep in an indent. The carpet turned my white socks black. The top of the refrigerator had not been cleaned in at least a year. The maide didn’t leave replacement wash cloths or a bath mat. The room I was in smelled of cigarettes, but I realized it was being sucked in by the air conditioning unit. An my room was above the smoking area outside.”
