“Wonderful clean room, comfortable beds, outstanding staff. William was new, but was very nice and did his best to make us feel comfortable. Caleb went above and beyond. My sister and I had a few concerns because she is handicapped, and he addressed them all and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the room. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint.
