"The staff was incredibly nice, everywhere was so clean, pool was amazing, best hotel i’ve ever stayed at!"

"Weren’t offered water when we checked in. No one told us there wasn’t water in the room. Called the front desk to ask someone to bring water up and she said she was too busy and couldnt help me. I had to walk all the way down stairs (we were given the farthest room from the front desk) to get it at 11pm after traveling all day with a 6 month old. Very confusing breakfast situation. You are given a voucher but you have to take your breakfast away and eat it in another other part of the hotel - you can’t sit down and eat your food in the restaurant with the food voucher the hotel gives you ( you pay extra for this as well) Courtesy shuttle to Airport only runs once every hour. We were packed in like sardines on our trip back to the airport from the hotel. Our room was small, dinky, dime store mattress. As I said they gave us the farthest possible room from the entrance. Overall for $350 a night it was the worst experience I’ve ever had for a one night hotel stay at that price point. Never coming back- huge rip off!"
