The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years, with rotating options, an omelet bar, and fresh cut pineapple. It was an all around 5 star stay.

The Residence Inn Oahu Kapolei is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great place to stay that is not on the water. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is outstanding! Lots of fun water activities for families. Beach and wonderful lagoon for ocean swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Service is excellent. Pretty good restaurant options onsite. Only weak spot was the room, which was ok for a high quality resort. Also they don't have daily room cleaning service, only a "light" clean every other day, which is annoying.

Seriously, there was no reason to leave the hotel, outstanding luau & dinner. Lots of activities all day long for kids and adults. Views were fabulous (mostly ocean or golf course). Hotel is on the beach. Our standard room was a full apartment! Quiet, we could not hear our neighbors, even though they had kids. Staff was extremely attentive. My family of 7 ( 5 adults, 2 children 5 & 6) stayed at Aulani in November. As we arrived we were greeted outside and we all received leis. We had a 2 bedroom villa. It was so roomy, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Do not upgrade to an ocean view cause I believe all 2 bedroom villas are ocean view. The staff was wonderful, full of aloha spirit. The recreational area/pool was great and the lobby decor was pleasing. The planned activities and Tahitian dancers were fun and we learned about the Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures-which was very special.

This property was by far one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at Gorgeous and great amenities You truly feel like your on vacation here!!

It is the best option for traveling!

This was my second time to book in this hotel in our recent trip to Hawaii. First reason is that it's close to the airport and second they had a free airport shuttle which is super convenient. It saved us some money because we just had to return the rental car a day early because we didn't need to drive to the airport. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient enough to start the day. Overall, I would stay again the next time we go back to Hawaii. Mahalo!

Trip to Honolulu, HI. We had already paid in advance for our entire stay. But, out of the blue my card on file was charged again for a week stay. No one contacted me. We found out when we tried to place a charge to my card and it was declined. We were so embarrassed b/c we knew how much we had in our account for this trip. The manager on duty offered 50% off on a second meal, and a free meal. Please…a week stay was charged to our card when we had paid that week stay in advance…well over $1800...

It is the third time we stayed and it was wonderful. Great service and pool was awesome! Housekeeping was efficient when we needed towels. Love this hotel, the price and great for getting everywhere without the traffic and crowded streets in Waikiki.

Amazing amazing amazing! The hotel is located right next door to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit and lanai is huge and includes a large room with king bed and full living room. Kitchen has sink fridge stove/oven and lots of appliances. We got the ocean view facing the Hilton and could see diamond head and the lagoon. The other sides either face the marina or the city.
