“Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice……

“Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall”

“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

“Der Garten wurd gepflegt,aber die Liege am Pool bedürfen eine Reinigung. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. War jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort,der ganze Unterkumft ist etwas runtergekommen. Es wird nicht investiert oder erneuert. Für ein kurzer Aufenthalt ist es okay,aber bei längeren Aufenthalt fallen schon ein paar Sachen ins Auge. Bei der Buchung stand Nachmittags Tee,der wurde mir such nie angeboten. Habe auch nicht nachgefragt,'da ich meinstens am Strand war. Zimmer werden……

“The a condition of the room was not safe the keys was ot working properly the hotal was durty the breakfast you i could not eat it it was terrible. O fridge in roo. You had to pay if you wanted one.i paid to stay for one week i check out the next day. In to i ither hotel cheeper and a hole two bedroom property self contained i would not recommend this hotal the manger was rude. And no refund. Very bad experiences ”

“I stayed at this hotel several times. This time around they had replaced the air handling units for the air conditioning…. The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much”

“There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. “No había toallas no había trabón no tenían sábanas para la cama ni ropa de cama el aire acondicionado no funcionanadie esperaba que llegara ni comprobaron nada si había que hacer checking o nada. no salí agua de los grifos de el lavabo ni podrías tirar de la externa en el water. había pelos en la ducha y toda la habitación estaba muy sucia había pelos en la ducha y nunca hay nadie para poder solucionar nada y cuando encuentras a alguien nunca sabes nada y llaman por teléfono a otras personas……
