Mansión histórica en el distrito renacentista de Scarritt

Esta histórica mansión de piedra fue construida en 1897 por la familia Rieger.
Cinco habitaciones: dos reyes y tres reinas. Tres baños y medio, siete chimeneas.
Sala de estar, comedor formal, un salón, un estudio, una cocina de calidad comercial, un putting green interior y una sala de televisión.
Hay tres camas plegables: un sofá cama queen size en la sala de TV de abajo. Un sofá desplegable de tamaño doble en el estudio adyacente al baño de la planta baja, y un futón de tamaño queen en el interior del putting green de arriba. Un total de 8 camas.

La casa fue recientemente restaurada agregando todas las comodidades modernas: calefacción central, aire central, WiFi, lavaplatos, lavadora / secadora y una estufa comercial, refrigerador y congelador (para fiestas o eventos que requieren preparar una gran cantidad de alimentos).

La casa es ideal para familias numerosas, reuniones familiares y retiros.

Ubicado en el histórico distrito renacentista de Scarlett. Conocido como el "patio de juegos de Kansas City". El vecindario cuenta con cientos de acres de espacio arbolado en parques públicos.

Our amazing castle!

It was an easy to access place with great amenities. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to host many activities for our daughter’s wedding. We loved our castle and the beautiful decor. I highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the mansion! It was like a castle to my granddaughters! It was nicely decorated and had beautiful antique furniture and items throughout the house. It was all updated with air conditioning, washer and dryer, full kitchen equipment, pots and pans, dishes, glassware beautiful serving dishes! I even saw a crockpot and roaster in the cabinets. There was both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The owner and caretaker were both very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for any family gathering!!

Our group stayed at the mansion for a week and it was amazing. The house is huge enough to be a lovely place to relax and for kids and adults to have space to be in the same place. Full kitchen, well-equipped, and clean, well-kept rooms. Ross and Angela were terrific hosts. We had a large group- 14 at max- and it was 100x better than any hotel. Thank you!

This was an amazing place for my family to stay for our vacation to Kansas City! The mansion is beautiful! The kitchen with its huge stove made it easy for us to make delicious big meals for our family of 13. The beds were so comfortable, and all of the places we visited were less than a 15 minute drive. We definitely want to stay here again!

Family Weekkend

This house was absolutely beautiful! Such history! We were pleased with the size of the house. We had a four-year-old and two under two years old. We took our own pack 'n' plays and used the tall chairs for the kids. We highly recommend this home for others to stay. Enjoy the history, beauty, and large spaces.

Family gathering for a wedding weekend.

We just spent a wonderful long weekend at this big home. We all grew up in a big house. This felt so at home and fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of room to gather, or go be quiet in smaller rooms. We hosted a dinner for friends in the KC area and the kitchen with all its utensils had all we needed.

Ladies Weekend

We did not realize the Property Manager lived on the 3rd floor of the home, and parked in the driveway. It wasn’t too much of an issue, was just a shock when we arrived and saw the side door was open and there were people working on her private stairwell. Location is a short drive to downtown - do not recommend walking in the neighborhood, although we felt safe enough outside on the property. Beautiful home, very large rooms.

Our daughter’s wedding

We chose this property as a home base for out of town friends and family for our daughter’s wedding. The home created the perfect space for entertaining, enjoying conversations, relaxing, and staging for the wedding at a close venue. It was perfect in every way and we hope to return.

As advertised

10 of us were in town for a convention and the location worked perfectly. Rooms were large and plenty of space to put our things. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Had some difficulty with the television but that could have been the result of a storm with strong winds that rolled through. Location was an easy trip to the convention center.

Family vacation

The pictures of the property don’t prepare you for the size. This place is huge absolutely a mansion. We found we were very close to most everything we wanted to visit. Our visits included the zoo, science center, Hallmark, and The rabbit hole to name a few. Wonderful BBQ at Q39. Great fun in KC.
