Getting around Kansas City

If you struggle with hot, humid weather, it’s best to avoid Kansas City during the summer, when temperatures often get into the 90s F (mid 30s C) and days can be muggy. Come during fall and you’ll find pleasantly warm days and cool nights, and a lively schedule of festivals like the American Royal.
