“I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did.”

“If you speak English is bad when doing the check in or basically asking any question, so try any other language, then they treat you good. Room was ok and regularly cleaned but it does need maintenance, is kind of old. Bathroom was excellent. Very good location and safe. The pool and playgrounds are really not good, same goes for the restaurants. And the food in the breakfast is also not great. It’s ok if you don’t have any expectation. Two days in a row I found small bugs just walking around...

And it had a veranda balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was very old and squeaked. But it was decently comfortable. Breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of items. The location is a bit out of the way, so you can't really get there by public transportation. Overall, it was a good stay.”

“Amazing hotel. Beautiful design. Outstanding view of the Black Sea. Nice and helpful stuff. Nice beach area with a little beach bar - капанче със страхотна цаца и пържени картофи. Everything was great.”

“Ok and cheap. Not sure where the sauna or gym in the pictures are. The room was large, but noise could be heard from corridor. The bathroom was flooded every time I showered. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept fine. ”

“Perfect hotel. Delicious breakfast. Large rooms. Amazing gym.”
