“The stay at this hotel was the worst experience in a very long time. Room next to ours. Played the tv at a loud volume all night long. Finally called the front desk at 3am. Clerk did not seem to interested in getting involved. Then room above check in at 3:00 a.m.. stomping around for over half an hour. Finally had to go outside and sit in the car. Didn't get any sleep all night long. Never again will book a room at this hotel or franchise. Seems this establishment caters to some long-term……

“We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were panicking, as we could not find a hotel as a team due to other activities in the area and stumbled across this one, which was only 27 minutes from the fields. The man who checked us in was very friendly and professional. The price was wonderful compared to the surrounding hotels we looked into. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and my kids had so much fun. The rooms were nice and clean. My only complaint was there was a dead bug in our bathtub upon our……

“The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. ”

“Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good (waffles, hot coffee, pastries, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage and gravy). Beds and room were clean and neat. Pool was clean. No hot tub. ”

“Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on.……

“Clean rooms, fresh breakfast with a lot of variety. Quiet for the most part unless your room is right next to where they prepare morning breakfast. Kind personell. Swimming pool looks a little dark. ”
