From the time of booking until check out. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazing and the atmosphere and surroundings make the stay a home away from home. “Such a cozy place to stay and relax. For someone traveling on their own, it was perfect. My trip was so busy with hikes, swims, golf, meeting with family, abd every night I got to come home and sleep in their gigantic comfy bed, wake up to my own kitchen for breakfast, and have moments of reflection on the patio listening to the rushing wind.The place was extremely clean upon arrival, but not sterile like a hotel. “This is the second time we’ve stayed in Doug’s unit and absolutely loved it! The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view from the lanai is wonderful and we spent most mornings and evenings out there. The sunsets are gorgeous! Doug is always very responsive and so easy to work with. Management is also helpful. We requested a fan after our first night and they delivered it the same day. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Maui. ”
