We had a one night stay for a wedding down in key largo. The room itself was nice on face value. The rate we paid was $472 after taxes and fees. The inner part of the day which shows max value to be charged was $300. We were gonna be here to sleep and shower, neither were accomplished due to not having hot water. We tried to contact front desk but couldn’t get through. It was also very late, we decided try in the morning. But no sleep was in the cards due to the crazy loud music from across the finger canal which went on till 2am. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything from the neighbors and outside. So we couldn’t get any sleep. Tried in the morning for a hot shower and the water was cold again! We spoke to the front desk explained our concerns and they were very accommodating and gave us a full refund. We then got another charge that was not authorized of $448. So the credit they gave us was $20 for a sleepless night and cold showers. If you want a third world country type Of stay this is for you. If you want above a one star accommodation, go Elsewhere. I will be disputing there charges due to fraudulent activity

View of the boat access was beautiful. No clocks in the unit except microwave. No oven only a cooktop. Screen door to patio was not usable, off the track and hinge was broken. Sofa bed was not comfortable, appeared it had been there for years. Wish there was a shower in the half bath downstairs since there was room for it. No vacuum or broom to clean spills.

Overall the property was good. The only two issues I had that didn't allow me to provide an excellent review was: 1. Water pressure in the shower was BAD! My wife was having a tough time rinsing the shampoo out of her hair. 2. Our first night there when we were going to bed we noticed that either the cleaning crew did a terrible job making up the bed...OR...they didn't change the sheets from their previous guests. Obviously we don't have any proof of that but from staying in multiple other hotels (and at home) you can tell when you change the sheets and make it correctly...this looked as if someone just rolled out of bed. On to the good. The property was beautiful, in a great location, easy to get to, and plentiful parking with or without a boat/jet ski's. I absolutely loved the space!! This entire complex is a "townhouse" style...meaning you have two floors. The bedroom being upstairs and the kitchen/dining/living room downstairs. Totally enjoyed the fact that my wife could be relaxing upstairs and I'm down watching TV or working and not bothering her. Side-Note...the TV upstairs looked as if it had come out of the 70's...I haven't seen an old CRT TV like that for years. Probably would work better as a boat anchor versus an actual working TV. I would recommend this property over the "conventional" style hotel.

They do not understand the concept of a reservation. They were charging a higher amount and kept lying about the reason. They wasted 45 at check in. Four employees had to deal with a simple reservation. Will never stay there again. Way over priced too.
