It features a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony where you have views of the Silver Mill courtyard. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats three with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. The bad: 1\. The way the property manager, Summit County Mountain Retreats, operates and communicates is sub-par. You can’t check in until 4:30 - 5:00\. You have to drive to another location to get your keys, when most places nowadays have keypads with a code. Communication was spotty and unfriendly when attempting to coordinate an early check in. 2\. The TVs did not work for three of our four days. It took 2.5 days to get a tech to come out and he didn’t come until well into the evening. 3\. The TVs are tiny and ancient. No streaming, no casting. In 2025, people expect Roku or some other modern TVs. It is time for the owner of this unit to make some updates. 4\. We had no hot water on our last day.5\. There was a hairball on the bathroom floor that the cleaning people missed.6\. When presented with these challenges, the property manager made excuses and did nothing to compensate us or keep us as a happy repeat client. Be aware what when the description says “washer and dryer” that means they are available on a different floor and not in the condo. There were no or runoff machines that were used retry new and take credit cards for payment so it worked well. The unit is about as close to the gondola and summit lift you can get with a handy ski locker in the lobby to securely store your gear. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The main living area has a pull out couch and easy-to-use fireplace. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils, which was appreciated on the nights we chose to stay in. The unit also had cable and games/puzzles which were also appreciated after a long day on the mountain. Despite being in the heart of the village and on NYE, the unit was surprisingly quiet. Awesome place for families The check-in process was very easy. Great instructions and directions made everything so easy. The room was very clean, plenty of room for our family of 6\. Enjoyed having a full kitchen with all you need to cook a full meal. Kids loved having there own tv in the bedrooms. Enjoyed the board games that were in the room. Excellent location and close to endless hiking, exploring Breckanridge and all the other mountain towns. Only downfall is the pool requires reservations to use and the reservation list opens up 48 hours in advance. We weren't made aware that you have to sign up 48 hours in advance. Spots fill within an hour of opening. So we werent able to get into the pool on the weekend which would have been nice. Overall all the many positives outweigh the pool. Excellent place and a great price and we will definetly be back! We enjoyed this small condo in keystone. There were a few things we didn’t care for, as far as staying in a ski village in general. But that is aside from this specific rental. Everything was nice inside our unit. It did get a little hot. And the only fans available were these big box fans, which are pretty noisy, and one of the blinds for the sliding doors, the cord was all messed up. Also, it would be good if they updated all of the check in info. You don’t exactly pick up your welcome packet and keys where it says you do. Also, the directions told us to go to the 3rd floor of the building to find our room. But our room was on the 2nd floor.
