“Hotel room smelled musty!! The guy working the breakfast was extremely rude. To us and other guests. Had to wait an extreme amount of time for him to refill the food. Was not pleased at all. The lady working the front counter that morning was the best part of the hotel she was fantastic and super friendly. Definitely would not stay hear again”

“Room was a little dirty with some dead fly's, pubes in tub, tub that didn’t drain, dirty remote. The larger 3 pool complex with a kiddie pool and lifeguards is not included. Seems others misunderstood like me. I was able to check in early so that was great”

“A true B&B. You stay in a home full of antiques and historical photographs. The host was lovely and welcoming. I was on a business trip I had limited time on the premise, would have loved to sit in the living room a bit longer!”

“Unable to watch the tv could not connect to direct tv. The vent in bathroom needed cleaned. Was unable to get into the room, door was stuck had to get the manager. Beds were comfortable.”

“Holiday Valley gem! This unit has been updated with a beautiful kitchen and fun decor. Our family of 3 found everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I even meal prepped for our son who is staying in another unit. I checked many units on VRBO before choosing this one and I think it is maintained better than most.”
